The Punic Wars

This Theme will include armies and enemies of Carthage and Rome over the course of the three Punic Wars. We’ll use one Theme Rule for WARRIOR.

Generals in WARRIOR. CinC’s are rolled before scouting and if you’re using either Late Carthage or Camillan/Polybian Rome, replace a RASH roll with SUPERB.

SUPERB: General never tests for seeing routs, can add or subtract 1 from initiative die roll (declare before rolling), gets 15 +d% per bound for prompting, +1 to H-T-H roll.
